Watermill Apartment

The Watermill complex is located in St Vlas which is about 5km from Sunny Beach. The Resort St Vlas has grown enormously from its humble beginnings as a village and has grown into an exclusive holiday resort called the Dinevi Resort. which now boasts a World Class Marina and some lovely beaches. The sea is a mere 300 metres from the apaartment. The resort is all beachside so there are no main roads to cross to get to the sea. Other neighbouring complexes whose restaurants you can use include Lazur, Monastery, Bells, La Dolce Vita, Compass, Riviera, South Beach, Etara & Top. This means you have many restaurants to choose from in the resort as well as in the village. A new Ampitheatre provides evening entertainment and a children's club. If the attractions of the resort arent enough then it is very easy to get to Sunny Beach . In fact the local bus stop is conveniently located just at the entrance to the complex

Our 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 using a comfortable double sofa bed and offers all the comforts that you will need to enjoy a self catering holiday in Bulgaria. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has wonderful sea views and also overlooks the swimming pool. There is a large balcony with seating and table where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or a pre dinner drink. The balcony also has its own sun bed if you prefer to just laze within the comforts of the apartment.

The Watermill complex has a lovely swimming pool with a children's pool; a small playground for the younger children and a very popular restaurant and bar all within the apartment grounds. Watermill is enviably situated as its a mere two minute walk down to the Marina and the beaches whilst the village is behind the complex and only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the village square. The village and the resort have many shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are close at hand to everything you may need to enjoy your holiday to the full. The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen; shower room and toilet; bedroom and small hallway. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob and fridge as well as toaster, coffee maker and microwave. It is fully equipped for up to 4 persons. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2 and an armchair, a dining table and chairs as well as cable TV and DVD/HiFi with a selection of music and films; and to entertain the young and young at heart there is also an XBOX and an IPOD/MP3 connection to entertain you.
The bedroom has twin beds with duvets which can be arranged as a double or separated as required. There is a large wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. You will find plenty of storage space for your luggage and plenty of towels and spare pillows. The bedroom and lounge overlook the pool and gardens and the balcony is accessible from the lounge. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning. Overall the accommodation is very comfortable and is of a very high standard.
